The Process

An initial discussion with the individual, their line manager and HR Business Partner to explain the process and gain buy-in and commitment.
A discussion with the individual, their line manager and HR Business Partner to define the list of attributes to be measured by the 360-Degree Survey and the raters who should be invited to provide feedback.
The 360-Degree Survey and Emergenetics Profile is administered.
The results from the 360-Degree Survey and Emergenetics Profile is analysed and a report is prepared for the individual.
A 2-hour coaching conversation with the individual to explain the results of the 360-Degree Survey and Emergenetics Profile. The first draft of the personal development plan is the outcome of this conversation.
The individual shares the revised draft of his or her personal development plan with their line manager and HR Business Partner.
