Learners are required to submit regular journal entries on what they have learned and its application.
Interactive and engaging e-learning elements used to reinforce learning and assess learning transfer.
An assessment centre is used to reinforce learning and to determine the effectiveness of the learning transfer.
Copy of learners toolkit together with suggestions on how to encourage and support learners on their journey.
15 minute meetings with respective managers at the midway point and end of the of the programme to share observations and identify areas for support.
A ½ day briefing session for the learners and their respective managers to define expectations for the program.
Learn how to build productive workplace relationships through understanding and adapting to different behavioural styles.
Learn how to communicate with clarity and conviction to different people at different levels.
