Pre-workshop tasks foster self-awareness and learning. Post-workshop tasks apply what was learned.
Individual coaching sessions to address problems, sharpen performance and develop potential. The focus is on application of what has been learned.
Learners are required to submit regular journal entries on what they have learned and its application.
Interactive and engaging e-learning elements used to reinforce learning and assess learning transfer.
An assessment centre is used to reinforce learning and to determine the effectiveness of the learning transfer.
An outline of the content covered together with suggestions on how to encourage and support learners on their journey.
15 minute meetings with respective managers at the midway point and end of the of the programme to share observations and identify areas for support.
