At Northpoint, we deliver business impact by working with leaders to help them become measurably better leaders. We do this by employing tried and tested processes, carefully designed learning initiatives and highly experienced facilitators and coaches. We also involve stakeholders from start to finish.
We also understand that engaging a learning partner requires taking a leap of faith. For this very reason, we decided to introduce a no growth no pay policy. Simply put, if the leaders we work with do not become measurably better leaders, then we do not get paid.
No, it's not a typo... If the leaders we work with do not become measurably better leaders, then we do not get paid. In fact, we only bill once we have proved that the leaders have become better leaders.
Obviously, there are some conditions:
- The leader is required to sign a learning contract that outlines their commitment towards becoming a better leader.
- The client is required to sign a learning contract that outlines their commitment towards helping the leader become a better leader.
- Whether the leader has become a measurably better leader is not decided by us, the client or the leader. It is decided by the people on the receiving end of the leader's behaviour.
