Northpoint provides individual and group coaching for emerging leaders through to senior executives. Our coaches are seasoned coaching professionals and have a wealth of 'real-world' business experience to back them up.

Coaching is a collaborative and transformative process that requires courage, humility and discipline. Our coaches will help to:

  • Identify where the leader wants to be.
  • Focus on what's really important.
  • Change behaviours that are impeding success.
  • Challenge the leader to move beyond their comfort zone.

A tried and proven process

The Brief: A discussion with the coachee or sponsor to ascertain the overriding objective of the coaching engagement.
The Fit: Chemistry sessions between the coachee and prospective coaches are held to determine the best fit.
The Contract: A contract outlining the role and responsibilities of the coach and coachee is signed and the coaching begins.
